ALTER SOFTWARE, S.L.U., [hereinafter ALTER SOFTWARE], is the owner of the Web portal altersoftware.es, which acts exclusively as operator, and manager of the contents of the Web portal domiciled at: C/ Méndez Álvaro, 18 3a – 28045 MADRID, NIF B25492992, Registered in the Mercantile Register of Lleida Volume 753, Folio 200, Page L-14449, 1st Inscription, is responsible for the exploitation, management and operation of the Web portal mentioned above.

ALTER SOFTWARE uses the domain “altersoftware.es” for its e-mails. If you receive an email with a different format, for example: altersoftware.security@hotmail.com, you can be sure that it is a fake email.

Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word“ALTER SOFTWARE” in their URL, but will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will see the associated URL, which will likely be in a different format than those linked to on authentic ALTER SOFTWARE websites.

If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that resembles “To Your Account” or any page that asks you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.

Report phishing attempts

Send an email to info@altersoftware.es and attach the email you believe to be false. By providing us with this information you are helping us to locate its origin.
