  • Understand the context of the Organization<\/strong> and identify the Organization’s opportunities and risks<\/strong>, as a basis for action planning to address, assume or deal with them.<\/li>\n
  • To guarantee the satisfaction of our customers<\/strong>, including the parties interested in the results of the company in all matters relating to the development of our activities and their possible impact on society.<\/li>\n
  • Establish objectives and goals<\/strong> focused on performance evaluation, as well as continuous improvement<\/strong> in the activities regulated in the Integrated Management System.<\/li>\n
  • Comply with the requirements of the legislation applicable<\/strong> to our activity, the commitments acquired with customers and interested parties, and all those internal rules or guidelines to which the company is subject.<\/li>\n
  • To ensure the confidentiality<\/strong> of the data managed and the availability<\/strong> of the information systems, both in the services offered to customers and in internal management, avoiding undue alterations to the information.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the capacity to respond to emergency situations<\/strong>, restoring the operation of critical services in the shortest possible time.<\/li>\n
  • Establish the appropriate measures for the treatment of risks<\/strong> derived from the identification and evaluation of assets.<\/li>\n
  • Motivate and train all personnel<\/strong> working in the Organization, both for the correct performance of their job and to act according to the requirements of the reference standards; providing a suitable environment to develop the processes.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain fluid communication<\/strong> both internally and with the rest of the stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • To evaluate and guarantee the technical competence of our personnel<\/strong> for the performance of their functions, as well as to ensure their adequate motivation for their participation in the continuous improvement of our processes.<\/li>\n
  • Control and maintain a system of continuous evaluation of suppliers<\/strong> and subcontractors in the performance of their activities, especially those related to the SGI.<\/li>\n
  • To guarantee the correct state of the facilities and equipment<\/strong>, so that they are in correspondence with the activity, objectives and goals of the company.<\/li>\n
  • To guarantee a continuous analysis<\/strong> of all relevant processes<\/strong>, establishing the pertinent improvements in each case, based on the results obtained and the objectives established.<\/li>\n
